Our Process
It starts with a conversation:
We love hearing about the ideas you have for your build. Once contact has been made Cameron will organise a time to discuss in detail what we can do for you and the steps ahead to make it happen.
Quoting:
Once we understand your dream. We work closely with the Architect to create a set of plans to make your dream a reality.
Consent is approved:
Once the plans are finalised, and council consent is approved, construction begins.
Picking up the tools:
It's important to touch base throughout the build; communication is vital. Cameron will meet you onsite at specific stages to discuss what has been completed and to give both you and the construction team clarity on what is about to happen in the upcoming phases.
The finishing touches:
We work together to finalise all the finishing touches on your house. Lights and paint bring everything together.
Your new home:
When construction is then complete, and a 'handover' process begins. This is when Cameron will take you for a walkthrough, explaining how everything works and should be maintained before handing over the keys to your dream home.
